I am reading Andersonville, the Pulitzer Prize-winning novel about the notorious Confederate prison camp during the American Civil War. Based largely on contemporary diaries, it is compelling, grim, disturbing...and remarkably well-written.

The Woman in Cabin 10 - murder mystery type novel - one of the 10 top best sellers of whatever year it was published (cba to look!)

Really good novel. Read it in 3 days. Really recommend it.
