With so many people having stomach issues, nausea, loss of appetite I decided to post something. This is good for indigestion as well and can reduce cholesterol levels.
Crushed ginger roots
Fry the cummin (dry pan- no oil)
Grind the coriander seeds - take a larger amount of coriander than other ingredients.
Add above ingredients in small amounts.
Add water and set it to boil
When the water is coloured and there is sweet aroma it is ready.
You can drink this water and eating the boiled ingredients is completely ok.
